The four star, 700 year old Dalhousie Castle nestles in Scotland's beautiful countryside, providing warm Scottish hospitality and is the perfect venue for conferences, meetings, banquets, product launches and more. Major restoration has transformed this 13th Century Castle into a unique hotel and restaurant, offering the luxury of modern day comforts whilst retaining elegant touches of the past. The warm and friendly professionalism of the staff at Dalhousie, their attention to detail, together with the atmosphere of the Castle make it both an unusual and ideal venue for conferences, meetings, product launches and incentive events. The five conference rooms are versatile, benefit from natural daylight and can be made available for your exclusive use. Dining at the Castle is a unique experience. Arrive for pre-dinner drinks in the library, giving you the perfect opportunity to unwind in comfort next to an open log fire. The ancient barrel-vaulted dungeons provide an unusual setting to enjoy the fine, traditional Scottish and classical French castle cuisine, from fresh local produce. There are 27 beautifully styled bedrooms at the Castle, decorated in traditional style fabrics of soft fawn, patterned with blue or green fleur de lys. Period style furniture, rugs and carpets all blend to create a rich, warm and luxurious environment. Although brimming with antique style each of the 27 bedrooms feature elegant en-suite bathrooms, delightful views and every 20th century comfort.
