The Comiston Suite is available for private function room hire. Used regularly and over the years by local companies, associations, clubs and for private special occasions and celebrations, the suite can be accessed through the hotel or its own entrance. It also has its own private bar with a separate and spacious seating area. This is a flexible space that accommodates up to 140 for lunch and dinner, and has a proper sprung dance floor. The Braid Room is situated at the front of the hotel, just off the main hotel lounge. This is a pleasant, bright airy space for your meeting room hire in Edinburgh. This meeting room will accommodate up to 16 for a table meeting or 28 theatre style.

There are 67 guest rooms in all, each with a private bath or shower, satellite television, direct dial telephone with modem socket, radio, trouser press, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The majority command wonderful views over Edinburgh. There are also two spacious Four Poster Bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Again these elevated rooms look out over the city and offer comfortable accommodation for special occasions and celebrations.
